Q: What is the tariff for 2020? A: Please refer to our price list Q: How does the electricity rate work? A: You will be charged on a daily flatrate. Q: How do you charge the use of shower, toilet and waste disposal? A: You will be charged on a daily flatrate. Q: Can I park my car on the campsite? A: Only long-term campers can bring their car on the campsite. All others please use the designed car park facility. There is a car park next to the campsite with a parking fee of 5€ per day. Q: Does the campsite have Wi-Fi? A: Yes. We offer free Wi-Fi to all our guests. Q: Do you have laundry facilities? A: Yes, we have. There are two washing machines and two dryers for 2,50€ each. Q: Should I book in advance? A: This is always advisable, especially in the summer months. Q: Is there a shop at the campsite? A: Yes, there is a little convenience store that sells things you forget sometimes like snacks and drinks. Q: Is my child allowed to go camping alone? A: It depends on the age. Under 18s children must be accompanied by an adult. Q: Is it possible to get gas tanks on the campsite? A: Yes. You can get 2,8 kg, 11 kg, 31,7 kg gas tanks as well as smaller gas cartriges for your camping stove. Q: How far is it from the campsite to the lake? A: The max. distance you could possibly be away from the lake is 100 m. Q: Are there any restaurants and bars? A: Come and join the restaurant and beer garden „alte Villa“ or the „Pavillon am See“ just around around the corner. Q: What kind of activities does Utting and the sourroundings offer? A: Find some interesting activities and places listed on our homepage Q: Is it possible to go swimming? A: Next to the campsite you will find a direct access to lake and it is free of charge. You can also visit the „Uttinger Strandbad“ with its 10 meters diving platform which is nearby the campsite. There is an entrance fee. Q: How many amperes do the sockets have? A: Approx. 16 ampere. Q: I haven‘t booked an electrical hook-up, is it possible to charge my electronic devices though? A: Yes. You can charge your devices at the reception for a small tip. Q: Are dogs allowed on the campsite? A: Yes. Dogs are allowed and welcome but they must be kept on leads at all times. Q: Can I get electrical hook-up for my tent pitch? A: Yes. Electrical hook-up is available in the meadow. Q: Are dogs allowed in the sleeping barrel? A: Unfortunately we do not allow dogs into any of our sleeping barrel. Q: Do you allow visitors? A: Yes. Guests are welcome to visit you during your stay at the site. There is a small charge for each adult guest staying overnight and all guests must report to the reception on arrival. Q: Can I get a refund if we leave early e.g. if the weather is bad? A: Sorry, we do not offer refunds for early depatures. Q: How can I get a refund? A: We currently do not offer refunds but we can transfer your booking to an alternative date if availability allows. Q: Is there electricity in the sleeping barrel? A: Yes. Every sleeping barrel has electricity and is tailored to the guests need. Q: Is smoking allowed in the sleeping barrel? A: Absolutely not! We have a no-smoking policy and will charge you with 120??? € cleaning fee .......(oder will retain ALL of the security deposit) if there is an evidence of smoking in a barrel. Q: What do I need to bring for an overnight in a sleeping barrel? A: Please bring your own bed linen, head pillowcase and towels. If you have forgotten to pack, no problem! You can hire it all from the reception for ....€ per person. Q: Is there a breakfast service on the campsite? A: Yes. Our corner shop „Tante Emma“ sells fresh bread, rolls and Brezels. If you need more then just a normal account of bread, please contact the reception the evening before.
